A major credit card is required to hold your reservation for any spa service. We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow you to fill out paperwork and relax. In the event that you are running late for your appointment, please notify the spa immediately and we will make every effort to accommodate you. 50% non-refundable deposit required.
In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for an individual service and 48 hours for multiple services. Special requirements may apply to group bookings. We regret to inform you that appointments cancelled without the proper notification wil be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the cost of each service.
Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, prescription medications or other treatments that you are undergoing. Contr-indications may exist with any of the above situations and may affect the outcome of your treatment.
Alpine Spa & Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal property. We suggest that you leave any valuables at home. All valuables brought to the spa should be kept with you at all times.
Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. Gratuities can be added to credit cards or accepted in cash or check.
